Diagnosed as schizophrenia or schizoaffective disorder based on DSM5
Inpatient or outpatient
Ability to consent in writing
Key exclusion criteria
Onset or relapse within 1 month.
Mental retardation
Substance related disorders
Antisocial personality disorder
Severe suicidal ideation or self-harm behavior
Other severe general medical conditions
