Key inclusion criteria

Patients having diseases in which endoscopic hand-suturing is potentially useful:
1. Surgically resectable rectal cancer
2. Postoperative anastomotic leak
3. Perforation/fistula of gastrointestinal tract
4. Others

Key exclusion criteria

1. Bleeding tendency
2. Liver cirrhosis in Child-Pugh classification B or C
3. Chronic renal failure on dialysis
4. Patients who are judged as contraindication of the study
