Baseline Characteristics

Three outpatient nurses who have acquired career ladder level II or higher at hospital A who are involved in diabetes patient education
Aimed at Ladder II and above who practice nursing independently based on a standard nursing plan

Participant flow

1 A total of eight mini-lectures on diabetes nursing.2 Will be performed by the research members on the research subjects. 3 Confirm the patient's treatment policy with the doctor and set long-term and short-term goals with the doctor and patient.4 Hold a conference based on the nursing plan.5 Based on the content of the conference,the next nursing care will be carried out,and the nursing care plan will be revised and continued nursing will be performed.6 Clarify how the awareness of teaching changes.
