Color temperature is 1200K from 0700 to 0715, 3100K from 1630, mRGC keeps stimulation after 40 from 0700 to 0715, gradually decreases after 14 from 1630 to 1800

People who usually go to sleep from 23:00 to 1:00 h and wake up from 6:00 to 8:00 h.
