Key inclusion criteria

- Has access to an iPhone (iOS > 14.0) and Apple Watch (watchOS > 7.0) and can download the research application from the App Store (Japan).
- Aged >= 20 years (no gender restrictions).
- Is a Japanese person who can understand Japanese.
- Is capable of wearing an Apple Watch while sleeping and answering questionnaires for seven days.
- Is capable of understanding the content of this study and granting his/her consent in the research application.

Key exclusion criteria

- Is unable to wear an Apple Watch while sleeping.
- Is unable to operate the research application.
- Has been deemed an inappropriate subject by the research supervisor or office.

Other related information

The subjects' consent and profile data will be acquired via the research application, which is downloadable to an iPhone/Apple Watch. The participants will be instructed to complete a daily task that includes both wearing an Apple Watch while sleeping and answering a questionnaire. The iPhone healthcare data and answers will be transmitted to a domestic server after each task is completed. The observation period will include seven tasks. The participants will also be instructed to record their symptoms during the observation period.
