The inclusion criteria is as follows;
Expert panel member, nursing students, clinical nurses, or advanced practice nurses, with informed consent.
The exclusion criteria is as follows;
Nursing students who are under 20 years or belongs to the institution as the same as the researchers' institution of this study.

1. Study design

3. Questionnaire items
1) Self-reported instruments of Japanese version about evidence-based practice (EBP) including student-Evidence-Based Practice (S-EBPQ, EBP Implementation Scale(EBP-I), and EBP competencies self-assessment(EBP-CSA).
2) Opinions for relevance, comprehensiveness, and comprehensibility as content validity about three instruments related to EBP by interview .
4. Analysis
We will calculate descriptive statistics for each scale and use qualitative descriptive analysis for interviews data.
In addition, these quantitative and qualitative data will be integrated by mixed method design.
