1) To investigate the effect of low-load resistance training with slow movement and tonic force generation on muscle strength, muscle thickness, and muscular endurance
2) To investigate the relationship between muscle deoxygenation during resistance exercise and muscle strength, muscle thickness, and muscular endurance
3) To investigate the determinants of muscle deoxygenation during resistance exercise

1) Muscle oxygenated-, deoxygenated-, total hemoglobin concentration and muscle O2 saturation during resistance exercise
