Interventions/Control_1 Participants received rational emotive behavioural Coaching (REBC) consisted of 12 sessions with 60minutes per session.
Interventions/Control_2 Participants in control group did not receive immediately with their counterparts in active group.

2. Willing to participate in the study
3. Fighting with other teachers
Key exclusion criteria Teachers who did not meet up with set inclusion criteria were excluded from the study
