Interventions/Control_1	Not just arm and hand muscle but intrinsic muscle are important to improve grip strength. Verifying the novel paper grasping training method by comparing the existing grip strength device can find an effective way improve intrinsic muscle activation sequencing for sports performance and rehabilitation.

Key inclusion criteria	Those who: - are healthy and have no problems with daily activities -are aged 18 when singing the participation consent form or when attending the exam.
Key exclusion criteria	Those who: -have pain -have probelms with daily activities -are prohibited from exercising by doctor -have history of injuries which prevented the person from exercising over a month
