Objectives
Narrative objectives1 Squatting with barbell is the tipical training method around the globe. However, there are some risk of putting pressure on the spine since heavy loading on th shoulder. Koji Murofushi is the Olympic champion in Hammer Throw, invented the new sqating method to removing the burden on the spine during squat and other exercise by loading weights from the waist. We are validating this method how it will effect to the body.

Assessment
Primary outcomes We will use surface EMG, force plate and 3D motion capture analysis system. Comparing between following tasks, with and withough loading weight from the waist. For the weights from the waist, we use 7.26kg hammer.

Key inclusion criteria Those who:
- are healthy and have no problems with daily activities
- are aged over 18 and under 80 when signing the participation consent form or when attending the exam.
Key exclusion criteria Those who:
- have pain
- have problems with daily activities
- are prohibited from exercising by a doctor
- have history of injuries which prevented the person from exercising over a month
