Key inclusion criteria
Patients with cervical myelopathy without paralysis of deltoid and biceps brachii before operation.
Key exclusion criteria
Patients with shoulder pain with rotator cuff tear or trauma history. Patients with severe systematic disease of heart, brain, neuromuscular disease, or dementia.
