Key inclusion criteria
Home stroke patients who use our hospital as their primary care physician and are able to walk alone.
Key exclusion criteria
Those who have less than 24 points on the Mini-Mental State Examination are unable to walk alone.
A person who presents with severe higher brain dysfunction
Those who are unable to give consent to this study
