Key inclusion criteria Patients who performed calculation of coronary calcium score and nuclear myocardial perfusion imaging after baseline risk assessment of coronary artery disease with Suita score within 3 months
Key exclusion criteria Patients who have known history of coronary artery disease or coronary revascularization including percutaneous coronary revascularization and bypass surgery in addition to the patients with chronic kidney disease treated by hemodialisis

Results 
In intermediate risk group assessed by Suita score, coronary calcium score significantly stratified risk of revascularization in patients scored normal and mmild ischemia using nuclear myocardial perfusion imaging. In high risk group assessed by Suita score, coronary calcium score significantly stratified risk of revascularization in patietns scored mild ischemia using nuclear myocardial perfusion imaging.
