Key inclusion criteria
-Employee of Mie University , emergency and critical care center
-Shift worker(8hr shift)
-Pitssburg sleep questionnaire index equal or more than 5
-Written content at the participants own free will.
Key exclusion criteria
-Diagnosed for sleep disorder such as sleep apnea syndrome, restless leg syndrome, narcolepsy, etc.
-Diagnosed for psychotic disorders such as depression, panic disorders, anxiety disorders, etc.
-Pregnant, or possibility of pregnancy.
-High risk of skin irritation, skin disease such as contact dermatitis.
-Principal Investigator or co-investigator deems inappropriate for certain reasons.
