To compare the 5-year overall survival rate of laparoscopic surgery for rectal cancer at our hospital and related facilities with open surgery and to examine its validity in a retrospective, prospective, multicenter observational study.

Five-year overall survival rate of laparoscopic surgery group and open surgery group

Comparative study of 5-year recurrence-free survival rate between laparoscopic surgery group and open surgery group
Safety and efficacy of preoperative treatment cases (adverse events, treatment completion rate, response rate, recurrence-free survival, overall survival, etc.)
Study on surgical procedure, postoperative complication rate, and risk factors for postoperative complications
Study on postoperative abdominal scar hernia
