1) Patients who underwent bilateral metal stent placement for malignant hilar biliary obstruction
2) Patients with stent occlusion because of ingrowth
1) Patients having difficulty in endoscopy
2) Patients having difficulty in transpapillary approach
3) Patients with surgically altered anatomy
4) Contraindication of RFA
5) Insufficient contact between the electrodes and the tissue
6) Performance status 4
7) Patients without informed consent
8) Inappropriate patients for entry on this study in the judgement of their research investigator
