Given the ability of Pregabalin to decrease the amount of neurotransmitters released from nerves, we would like to investigate if it is an effective pain management alternative to opioid analgesics in patients with CP.

Key inclusion criteria

Studies will be included if they Pregabalin to an pharmacologic-analgesic therapy. Furthermore, to qualify for inclusion, studies must have been published prior to Jan. 31, 2020. Randomized control trials, cohort studies, observational and survey studies published in English involving human or animal data will be included.
