Participants are required to record daily self-monitoring of their achievements at work for two weeks.
Participants who were assigned to intervention group will take the program that aim at enhancing work engagement. Participants are requested to record the daily reflection for two weeks.
Participants who were assigned to wait list control group will spend usual days during intervention period. They take the same program as those in the intervention group after intervention period.
