The purpose of this study was to investigate changes in heat acclimation after 2 weeks and 1 month of training with a combination of exercise and hot water immersion at room temperature.

Primary outcomes
This study examines changes in rectal temperature in response to heat exposure after a training intervention, 2 weeks after the intervention and 1 month after the intervention.
Key secondary outcomes
In this study, the effects of other physiological and subjective indicators other than rectal temperature after training intervention, 2 weeks and 1 month after the end of the intervention.

Healthy adult male enrolled in Waseda University
Key exclusion criteria
1. Have a smoking habit
2. Participate in other intervention studies
during the research period
3. Heat acclimatized (3 days/week*100 mins
of heat exposure repeated in past month)
4. Person who are prohibited from movement
by the physician
5. Having orthopedic disease
