Key inclusion criteria
1) Adenocarcinoma and adenosquamous carcinoma is confirmed pathologically.
2) Unresectable advanced pancreatic caner
3) Patients with measurable lesion
4) Second-line chemotherapy after nab-Paclitaxel and Gemcitabine
5) Patients without contraindication of FOLFIRINOX
6) Written informed consent
Key exclusion criteria
1) Patients with contraindication of FOLFIRINOX
2) Second primary malignancy
3) Any patients judged by the investigator to be unfit to participate in the study
