Narrative objectives1	Investigate effective educational method for the multi-disciplinary to foster human resources on health policy by implementing a six consecutive workshop on general health policy to the prefecture's staff, doctor, and students.

Assessment
Primary outcomes	Sum score of the original scale we created(7-point Likert scale), consisted of three intrinsic and extrinsic motivation, referring to the ACADEMIC MOTIVATION SCALE COLLEGE VERSION (AMS-C28) (Vallerand, Pelletier, Blais, & Briere, 1992, 1993).
Key secondary outcomes	1) Analyze intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation separately. 2) Understanding and satisfaction of the seminar (7-point Likert scale).
