Key inclusion criteria	1. Subjects who is aware of muscle decline 2. Subjects who wants body makeup 3. Subjects who want to tighten their body 4. BMI 23 or more and less than 30
Key exclusion criteria	1. Subject with a history of food allergy 2. Subject who are pregnant or nursing 3. Subjects taking health food that has effect 4. Subjects taking medication to bring about the effect
