Narrative objectives1	The aim of this study was to evaluate whether undergoing pancreatectomy with patients who were receiving antithrombotic therapy was associated with the increasing of postpancreatictomy hemorrhage and other postoperative complications.

Key inclusion criteria	Patients who underwent pancreatectomy at 94 high-volume centers participating in the project study of the Japanese Society of Hepato-Biliary-Pancreatic Surgery. between January 2015 and December 2017.
Key exclusion criteria	Patients under 20 years old. Patients who do not agree by consent forms to attend this study.
