Key inclusion criteria
Patients who performed ETGBD for acute cholecystitis with at least one follow-up examination after the procedure.
Key exclusion criteria
Prior history of upper gastrointestinal or biliary tract surgery, except for gastrectomy with Billroth I reconstruction and cholecystectomy.
Presence of pancreatobiliary malignancies.
Presence of bile duct stricture, including primary sclerosing cholangitis.

Between November 2006 and December 2018, 323 patients who underwent the ETGBD for acute cholecystitis were retrospectively evaluated. The primary outcomes was to determine the predictive factors that affect technical success of ETGBD. And the secondary outcomes were technical success rate, clinical success rate and early / late adverse events of ETGBD.
