The musculoeskeletal and ADL medical screening event held for the purpose of long-term medical treatment support for hemophilia cases with drug damage is also an opportunity to meet patients in daily life situations not in medical care but also in medical professions who participated, and also in daily clinical encounters It is also an opportunity to gain a better understanding of the few middle-aged and elderly hemophilia cases and to gain clinical experience. (The long-term medical treatment system is one of the missions of educational extension activities to medical professionals)
By conducting a questionnaire, we will know whether the purpose has been achieved.

Results
For medical professionals, the rehabilitation check-ups is a place where they can learn about dysfunction peculiar to hemophilia patients, and at the same time, by interacting with hemaphilia patients in a different form from usual clinical practice, only dysfunction Instead, it was suggested that it was a good opportunity to learn about the individual factors and social participation of the participants.
