1. A student who belongs to Ritsumeikan University.
2. A healthy male adult aged 20 to 40 years old.
3. A subject who can provide written informed consent
1. Any subject who has allergy to thetest food ingredients
2. Any subject who conducts resistance training habitually more than once a week
3. Any subject who consumes amino acids or proteins routinely
4. Any subject who has leg orthopedic disease
5. Any subject who is infected or suspected to be infected with B or C hepatitis virus
6. Any subject who has a history of cardiovascular diseases such as heart disease and hypertension
7. Any subject who is taking antithrombotic drugs (warfarin etc.)
8. Any subject who is considered as inappropriate for participating into the study at the judgment of principal investigator
