The eligibility conditions included readiness to participate in the study and self-report scales (PSQ-Op and PSQ-Org) was used to identify the eligible participants.
Those that did not satisfy the criteria were not admitted into the trial.

This study showed that there was no significant difference between the REOHC group and waiting-list control group in initial work-related stress management among staff of Nigerian Police Force. REOHC program had significant impact on work-related stress management among staff of Nigerian Police Force. The results also showed that there was a significant interaction effect of time and group on the work-related stress management among staff of Nigerian Police Force.
