We clarified radiological findings and the presene of low molecular weight metabolites in liver metastasis and evaluate whether diagnostic ability is improved by this integrated analysis as compared with the case of radiologial diagnosis alone.

Key inclusion criteria

Patient who was dagnosed or suspected pancreatic cancer or biliary tract cancer.
Patients who evaluate whether liver metastais is present using hepatocyte-specific MRI contrast agent Gd-EOB-DTPA.
Over 20 years old.

Key exclusion criteria

History of bronchial asthma
Renal dysfunction
Body contaminants(clips, stents, things embedded during orthopedic surgery)
Tattoo
Claustrophobia
