Cycling exercise training (30min/day, a day/ week)at the intensity above the anaerobic threshold
Cycling exercise training (30min/day, a day/ week) + Interval walking training (30min/day, 3days/ week) above the anaerobic threshold
40 | years-old | <= |
80 | years-old | > |
Male and Female
1) Patients who had not increased peak aerobic capacity although they had undergone cycling exerice training 30min/day, a day/ week, for more than 6 months in a hospital.
2) Patients who are classified into level I or II according to the NYHA classification.
3) Patients in whom the left ventricular ejection fraction is less than 60%.
4) Patients in whom plasma Na uretic peptide concentration is more than 18.5 pg/ml.
5) Patients who give an informed consent to voluantarily particopate in the study.
1) Patients who are classified into the level II or III according to the NYHA classification.
2) Patients whose left ventricular ejection fraction is more than 60% and plasma Na uretic peptide is lower than 18.5pg/ml.
3)Patients whom a primary investigator and/or a cardiologist judge as irrerevant to participate in the study.
