Key inclusion criteria
We will cover PDR/DME patients (DM group) and other diseases patients without diabetes (non-DM group)who need surgical treatment of 20 years old and over which cooperation for hospitalization and examination was sufficiently obtained.
Key exclusion criteria
Cases in which consent from the principal is not obtained
