To examine the effect of cold stress by whole body surface cooling and mental stress by intellectual task on cognitive function and endurance exercise performance

Serum catecholamine concentration, plasma and salivary cortisol concentration, salivary chromogranin A concentration, salivary immunoglobulin A concentration, esophageal temperature, skin temperature, radial arterial blood pressure, heart rate, electrocardiogram, blood pressure

Cold stress.
Subjects take water perfused suits of 10 degrees celcius for 10 min, water temperature is reregulated to 15 degrees celcius.
Mental stress.
Stroop test, Sternberg paradigm test, Rapid visual information processing test for 15min, respectively.
Graded maximal cycling exercise

1)Age <= 20yaers old to > 40years old at the time if informed consent
2)Volunteers who are fully informed of and understand the objectives, procedures, and possible risks of the study and provide the written voluntary consent to participate in the study.
1)Diseases which need physical work restriction
2)Cardiovascular diseases, arrhhythmia
3)Hypertension (resting blood presure, SBP > or = 140 mmHg, DBP > or = 90mmHg)
4)Metabolic and endcrine disease
5)Smokers
6)Obesity (BMI <= 30kg/m2)
7)Ineligible by a medical interview
