| Results | Compared to placebo group, mobilization group had higher LM contraction (p=0.03, effect size= 1.04), lower nEMG of ES at levels L1 (p =0.01, effect size= 1.39) and L4 (p =0.05, effect size= 1.76), and lower activity onset (faster contraction) of ES at the level of L1 (p=0.02, effect size=0.6).
