The intervention group showed a lower incidence of medial elbow injuries compared with the control group.Both groups improved in ball velocity and swing speed, with minimal between group differences.No serious adverse events were observed.

A total of 268 youth baseball players participated.
Age, height, weight, and playing experience were comparable between groups.
A total of 268 participants were randomized into two groups and the 1 year follow-up was completed by 268 participants (intervention: 122, control: 146).
No serious adverse events occurred.

Secondary outcomes: Ball velocity, swing speed, flexibility, muscle strength, ultrasound findings, and physical performance tests
