Key inclusion criteria
1) Adult person (more than 20 years old)
2) Pain due to elbow tendinitis for over 4 weeks.
3) Informed consent was obtained.
Key exclusion criteria
1) Allergic to local anesthesia or other drugs.
2) Pregnant or doing breast feeding.
3) Applied to other clinical trial within 4 months.
4) Having another cause of pain in same limb
5) Who cannot follow the trail reguation
