Key inclusion criteria
The patient who is plannning on getting pars plana vitrectomy for rhegmatogenous retinal detachment in Kobe University Hospital
Key exclusion criteria
(1)The patient who have the history of pathological myopia, atopic dermatitis, other vitreoretinal disease, and the previous vitrectomy
(2)The proliferative vitreoretinopathy
(3) retinal detachment secondary to giant retinal tear
