The patient who is planning on getting pars plana vitrectomy for epiretinal membrane in Kobe University Hospital
Key exclusion criteria
(1) the patinet who have the history of diabetes, uveitis, pathologic myopia, retinal photocoagulation, other vitreoretinal disease, and the previous vitrectomy
