The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship among exercise habit, cognitive function, and mental health in all generation.
Others
In addition, we test exercise habit can predict future cognitive and motor functions and mental health.
Cognitive function(FAB, stroop, MMSE, Raven, JART, Logical memory, digit span, D-CAT, symbol
search, digit symbol coding)
Motor function(step aerobics, grip, anteflexion, standing on a single leg, Tap and Go)
Mental health(STAI, WHO-5, GHQ12: General Health Questionnaire 12, POMS, CES-D)

adults from 18 to 24 years old
They receive psychological and motor tests at pre (start), after 6 months, after 12 months, after 18 months, after 24 months, after 30 months, after 36 months.
adults from 25 to 44 years old
They receive psychological and motor tests at pre (start), after 6 months, after 12 months, after 18 months, after 24 months, after 30 months, after 36 months.
adults from 45 to 65 years old
They receive psychological and motor tests at pre (start), after 6 months, after 12 months, after 18 months, after 24 months, after 30 months, after 36 months.

They receive psychological and motor tests at pre (start), after 6 months, after 12 months, after 18 months, after 24 months, after 30 months, after 36 months.

Healthy Japanese adults (age from 18 to 80)
We will exclude the subjects with mental disorder, diabetes, cranial nerve disease, cardiac disease, and high blood pressure. The subject have a limitation of exercise.
