Others
NO
To examine the relationship between clinical outcomes following several interventions (medications, percutaneous coronary interventions, or coronary artery bypass grafting) and coronary plaque morphology detected on non-contrast T1 weighted magnetic resonance (T1WI).
Others
(A) To examine the clinical outcomes following plaque evaluation by T1WI in patients with coronary artery disease.
(B) To examine the relationships between coronary plaque morphology by T1WI and the occurrence of myocardial ischemia.
(C) To examine the predictive values of plaque evaluation by T1WI during percutaneous coronary intervention.
Exploratory
Explanatory
Not applicable
Composite of major adverse event (cardiac death, myocardial infarction (3rd universal definition: type1), new ischemia driven coronary revascularization)
All-cause death
Cardiac death
Cardiovascular death
Myocardial infarction/unstable angina
New ischemia driven coronary revascularization
Occurrence of periprocedural myocardial injury during percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) (3rd Universal definition type 4).

Male and Female
Patients with (A) stable coronary artery disease (B) unstable angina (C) acute myocardial infarction (Type 1 by 3rd universal definition) without indication of primary PCI, who has intermediate stenosis at proximal segment of each coronary vessels (segments #1, #2, #3, #5, #6, #7, #11, or #13) detected on coronary computed tomography angiography (CCTA) or invasive coronary angiography (CAG) and undergo coronary magnetic resonance for plaque evaluation by T1WI within 3 months before/after anatomical evaluation by CCTA, CAG evaluation or both.
Patients with MRI contraindication
Patients with chronic kidney disease (stage 4 and 5) or with hemodialysis
Patients with pacemaker, implantable cardiodefibrillatior
Patients with heart rhythm irregularity (Atrial fibrillation etc)
