Objectives
Narrative objectives1	Though it is the most basic medical act, as for the finger hygiene, there are the present conditions that the finger hygiene compliance of the nurse is low for a medical person in west seventh floor ward. I can show a method of the finger hygiene as model existence for the staff by having I make a finger hygiene education video, and a target person watch it, and the staff whom I watched thinks that it is possible for consciousness that it is necessary for oneself to do the observance of the finger hygiene routinely to be dated it. For the purpose of clarifying influence to give to consciousness about the finger hygiene action of the nurse and the finger hygiene, I study it.

Primary outcomes	I observe the finger hygiene compliance three months later after finger hygiene compliance direct observation intervention before the intervention directly one week later
Key secondary outcomes	I investigate the questionnaire investigation three months later, alcohol utilization after questionary survey before the intervention, an alcohol utilization investigation, intervention one week later
