The purpose of this study is to investigate the lower limb joint angle and its change and body shake (acceleration) at the lowermost point of the mat which is high because of the long flight time and low travel distance = high performance.
Safety,Efficacy
Data is collected by using video camera glasses with acceleration sensor ,foot switch for vertical jump and somersault in the trampoline competition, and separately measure lower limb muscle strength and flexibility
