Primary outcomes
16S rRNA gene-based metagenome analysis of gut microbiome and metabolome analysis of intestinal metabolites
Key secondary outcomes
* Defecation frequency and stool volume
* Stool property such as color, shape and odor. Feeling after defecation. Abdominal discomfort.
* Number of living bacteria in fecal samples measured by using selective media.
* Preclinical verification of preventive and/or therapeutic effects by administration of fecal samples and/or bacteria that are isolated from fecal samples, using experimental animals.
* Analysis of gene function of intestinal microbiota by metagenome analysis.
* 16S rRNA gene-based metagenome analysis of oral, skin and urine.
* Metabolome analysis of saliva and urine.

Key inclusion criteria
(1) Males and females aged 0 to 100 years old.
(2) Subjects who don't regularly use specific medicines.
(3) Subjects who show understanding of the study procedures and agreement with participating the study by written informed consent prior to the study. In case of minor and person who don't have ability to agree, the agreement by substitute person is necessary.
Key exclusion criteria
(1) Subjects who have current medical history of severe disease.
(2) Subjects who have been determined ineligible by principal investigator.
