Educational intervention incorporating lectures on delirium nursing, case studies, group work, and simulation for nurses in the internal ward were conducted, and the effect was evaluated by self-evaluation questionnaire on knowledge of delirium, onset rate of delirium, Whether to record the cause of delirium on Lipowski (1987), whether DST (delirium screening tool) is used or not, and so on.
