abdominal aortic aneurysm,thoracic aortic aneurysm
Key exclusion criteria
sever diabetes mellitus, chronic kydoney disfunction, low cardiac function, emergency, acute heart failure, local anesthetics allergy, coagilopathy, cognitive dysfunction, difficult case of nerve block
