Key inclusion criteria
Advanced blood tumor patients.
Patients who were told their disease is not curerable from the doctor.
Patients receiving regular blood transfusion.
Key exclusion criteria
Patients who can not speak Japanese.
Patients who do not know anout their disease and future prospects.
Patients recieving temporary blood transfusion because of active bleeding and anemia.
