Narrative objectives1
To construct 3D-HCC images automatically, we developed a new computer program, and we investigated the validity of the program by comparing the developed images with those of resection specimens.

Key inclusion criteria
Patients who were diagnosed as overt HCC by enhanced CT and had liver resection.
Key exclusion criteria
Patients with allergy of contrast material. Patients with no indication of surgery.
