Primary outcomes The sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value, and diagnostic accuracy by using the specific spectrum value (slope, mid-band fit, intercept) during endobronchial ultrasound.

2. Compare the results between prediction by spectrum parameters and pathological diagnosis.
