Key inclusion criteria	Esophageal motility disorders 1. Patients who underwent High resolution manometry 2. Patients who provide writen informed consent 3. Patients 18years or older Healthy volunteer 1. Subjects who provide writen informed consent 2. Subjects 18years or older 3. Subjects without abnormal manometric findings
Key exclusion criteria	Esophageal motility disorders 1. Sujects who have severe comorbidity Healthy volunteer 1. Subjects who are not eligible for participation judged by a doctor
