Change of water content, transepidermal water loss, blood flow, skin color, visual score and texture before and after the topical application for 4weeks.

Change of cell morphology and the composition of stratum corneum before and after the topical application for 4 weeks.

Key inclusion criteria
Healthy males
Key exclusion criteria
-Subjects with cutaneous symptoms of atopic dermatitis
-Subjects undergoing to the hospital with cardiovascular disease (high blood pressure, heart disease) or within one month after going to hospital.
-Subjects who takes medical drugs or supplements (antihypertensive, antiarrhythmic, vitamin E etc.) which may have an influence on the results
-Subjects who has the habit of smoking
-Subjects participation in another clinical study accompanied by topical application of formulations and tape stripping to the sites to be studied within the past one month
-Subjects deemed inappropriate to participate in this study by the principle investigator
