Key inclusion criteria
Patients with Zenith Spiral Z stent graft deployed in external iliac artery during EVAR for AAA or IAA.
Key exclusion criteria
1. Patients declining participation to the research.
2. Etiology of AAA and IAA other than atherosclerosis (ex: infection, vasculitis, dissection, etc.)
3. Patients unfit for the research decided by the physician.

primary patency of 95.5% and a secondary patency of 100%, at 24 months. Buttock claudication occurred in 24.3% of the limbs treated at 1 month but decreased to 4.3% at 24 months.
