Narrative objectives1
It is observed that eruption of atopic dermatitis becomes hard to develop in a few patients who were treated the aged skin by PRP for the ethical purpose. This trial is to confirm it by the prospective study.

Adult patients with eczematous lesion on the cubitus
Key exclusion criteria
Cases in which dermal atrophy can't be recognised clealy (e.g Severe edematous inflammation)
